JOHN MONTGOMERY
Owner, Trainer

  • John has been a dedicated professional in the health and fitness industry for over two decades. He is a nationally certified personal trainer through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). John also holds specialized certifications through Platoon Outdoor Boot Camp and NASM, including Corrective Exercise Specialist, Resistance Training, and Cardiovascular Training for Performance.Together with his wife Alissa, John co-founded Living Fitness to offer a motivating, professional, and highly personalized one-on-one training experience. ALISSA MONTGOMERY
Owner, Trainer

  • Alissa has been active in the fitness industry since earning her first Pilates certification in 2004. She holds dual certifications in personal training and Pilates, including IM=X Pilates, Peak Pilates System 1 and 2 (mat and equipment), as well as personal training certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) with a specialty in senior fitness. With her combined expertise in Pilates and personal training, Alissa has a unique understanding of how properly designed programs can help each client achieve maximum results. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and showing that exercise can be challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable.

ERIC RIEDELL
Trainer

  • Eric is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with advanced specialties in kickboxing, functional movement, youth and senior fitness, special needs and adaptive training, aqua kinetics, and MMA conditioning. He offers sport-specific training, with expertise spanning a variety of sports and skill levels across all age groups. His high-energy, goal-driven workouts combine cardio, bodyweight, and strength training to keep clients motivated and engaged. Eric also offers stretch and flexibility sessions to support overall performance and recovery. It is Eric’s goal to make your workout one of the highlights of you day!

CHRISTINE LANGNER
Trainer

  • Christine discovered her love of movement through dance, performing in musicals like Cats, Starlight Express and Miss Saigon. What began as Pilates for rehabilitation soon became her passion and profession.She is certified through IM=X Pilates and Polestar Pilates, with expertise in reformer and studio equipment, as well as Yamuna Body Rolling. Christine is trained in Pilates for seniors and dancers and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. She enjoys helping clients connect with their bodies and feel their best through personalized movement and Pilates practice.

LIZ CINNAMON
Trainer

  • Liz has been a fitness professional for over 25 years, beginning her career in Sweden as an aerobics instructor and running coach. After living around the world and making fitness a consistent priority, she moved to the United States and turned her passion into a full-time career. Liz holds certifications in personal training and group fitness through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also certified in Spin, Gravity, TRX, barre, functional training, 500-hour yoga instruction, Hot 26 yoga, and meditation. Liz believes true wellness comes from caring for the body, mind, and spirit, and she brings that philosophy to every session she leads.

Trainer

  • With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Rob Lyons brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his training sessions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from East Carolina University and is certified through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), with specialties in golf fitness and functional training. He works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, with a particular focus on helping seniors maintain strength, mobility, and overall wellness. With a strong passion for golf and a commitment to helping others improve their performance and overall wellness, he works closely with clients to help them achieve their personal fitness goals.

PIERRE DOCSOL
Trainer

  • Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Montclair State University and has been a certified personal trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for over 20 years. His training sessions emphasize core strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and functional movement—with a strong focus on proper form and technique. Pierre believes that with hard work and determination, clients can surpass even their highest expectations—whether their goals involve weight loss, muscle building, or simply improving day-to-day function. He is dedicated to keeping clients motivated and positive by celebrating progress along the way.
